Hyper Japan 2012 Preview
Hyper Japan returns this weekend, running Friday (24 Feb) until Sunday (26 Feb) at the new venue of Brompton Hall at Earls Court.
What can you expect at Hyper Japan? Aside from access to loads of fantastic stalls selling food, drinks, clothing, models, manga and anime, 3DS users can expect a huge amount of Streetpass hits, which will be really helpful for finishing off those puzzles and completing the quest again.
But more importantly for Nintendo fans, is that Nintendo Unleashed are bringing their 2012 tour to Hyper Japan. Their games on show are as follows:
- Tekken 3D: Prime Edition
- Resident Evil: Revelations
- One Piece Unlimited Cruise SP
- Rhythm Thief & The Emperor’s Treasure
Nintendo Unleashed have also said the following:
“Make sure you bring your Nintendo 3DS with you, so you can download some exclusive content.”
Namco Bandai will also be on site with a collection of their newly released and upcoming games playable over the weekend. My report on last year’s Hyper Japan can be read here. And for a full list of events and exhibitors visit the Hyper Japan website. If you’re planning to go, grab your tickets early as they’re cheaper online and will make your entry to the event much much quicker. Tickets can be bought online from here.
