Pikmin 3 Confirmed for Wii U
At a roundtable event at E3, Shigeru Miyamoto confirmed that a new Pikmin game was on it’s way to the new Nintendo console. This new Pikmin may not be far away as Miyamoto stated:
“As we have been working on the Wii U hardware I have been thinking that it is the perfect system for Pikmin, so we are going to make it on that, because we have been working on Pikmin on Wii for a while, maybe it won’t take too long for it to be finished.”
The original Pikmin developed a strong fanbase on the Gamecube after it’s release. A sequel, again on the Gamecube, followed and it received much wider acclaim.
So are you excited for Pikmin on Wii U?
