New Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Screenshots

New screenshots have surfaced for the upcoming Square Enix rhythm-action game, heading for the 3DS. The game will feature all your favourite tunes as well as ‘chibi’ style characters from previous Final Fantasy games. To catch up on all the details, see our article here. But first, check out all the new screenshots, for what looks like a game that could give the Final Fantasy series the re-invention it needs.

If you are wondering which songs will be included in Theatrhythm, the official press release from Square Enix mentioned specific songs such as; Clash on the Big Bridge (Final Fantasy V), One Winged Angel (Final Fantasy VII), To Zanarkand (Final Fantasy X) and The Sunleth Waterscape (Final Fantasy XIII), as well as the main Final Fantasy theme.

Are you looking forward to playing something new from the series? I’m more than interested in this one – so check back at Nintendo Scene for all the latest updates, and leave us a comment down below.
