Nintendo Unleashed continues its 2012 Tour at Kitacon (plus details on Pandora’s Tower giveaway)

Nintendo Unleashed hits up Kitacon next week with a host of new Nintendo games to preview.

Kitacon starts next Friday (13 April) and runs until next Sunday (15 April) at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.  The weekend event costs £48 (not including accommodation) and is currently sold out.

The event covers “a full range of activities including parties, live acts straight from Japan, Cosplay, Voice Actors including the already announced Chris Patton, Panels, Gaming, Merchandise and of course anime and live-action screenings throughout the event.”

Nintendo Unleashed have issued the following press release, with an announcement that will be of great interest to those eagerly awaiting the next big Nintendo release, Pandora’s Tower.

“Kicking off with a bang later this month at Kitacon in Birmingham (13-15th April), Nintendo Unleashed will be celebrating the latest RPG on Wii, Pandora’s Tower, which launches on Friday 13th April. The first 3 people into the show will win a copy of the game, exclusive posters will be available to all attendees and the game itself will of course be available for trial throughout the event.

Nintendo 3DS title Mario Tennis Open, which launches on Nintendo 3DS on 25th May, will be available to trial for the first time ever in the UK!

What’s more, fans will be able to play the biggest game to hit Nintendo 3DS this year, Kid Icarus Uprising, and celebrate the revival of hero Pit with a dedicated Swap Shop and battle zone for the collectible AR Cards.
