Harmony Of A Hunter: 101% Run Available To Download On 17th November

Way back in 1986 a little game known as Metroid was released on the Famicon in Japan – twenty six years later and Samus is still exploring the galaxy, saving us from space pirate tyranny on a daily basis!

To celebrate last year’s twenty fifth anniversary Shinesparkers, the home of everything Metroid on the internet, released Harmony of a Hunter, a superb collection of tracks influenced by several music genres and all games from the original Metroid on the NES to Metroid: Other M on the Wii!

The album was an astounding success but the folks over at Shinesparkers were not about to rest on their laurels and quickly started rounding up as many talented musicians as they could find to create an expansion to the album, Harmony of a Hunter: 101% Run.

Astonishingly Harmony of a Hunter: 101% Run is now close to release and we cannot wait for it to blast into our ears! The album promises to be just as diverse and powerful as the first with the return of some original musicians and a selection of newcomers. There’s a staggering 39 tracks on the new album produced by more than 30 musicians and groups covering genres such as metal, ambient, trance, orchestral, opera, techno, and of course dubstep! The expansion looks set to compliment the original album and complete the already epic Harmony of a Hunter experience!

Harmony of a Hunter: 101% Run will be a three disc digital release, available free for download on Saturday 17th November! Check out the amazing final preview trailer below and let us know what you think to it!
